This episode will be on the restaurant called Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ, which is located at 307 Lewers Street Honolulu, HI 96815. Gyu-Kaku is opened every day from 11:30am-11:30pm and happy hour is from 11:30am-6:30pm and again at 9:30-11:30pm every day! Wow what a great happy hour. Honestly besides a few hours, which seems to be the dinner hour, it is always happy hour at Gyu-Kaku, I’m guessing all customers are always happy! We interviewed manager Kenji Arakaki for this episode on Gyu-Kaku. Before Gyu-Kaku only had one item available for a lower price during happy hour, now they have added more to the new happy hour menu. In this video, we will discuss how happy hour affects business, how traffic is affected by happy hour, the busiest day for them (Friday and Saturday), as well as the age group they see during happy hour (20-35 years old).
